season! I love Fall. I love the smells and the colors and the pumpkins! I think pumpkins are so cute! I really wish we had a big tree in our yard with lots of pretty leaves that James could play in…I’d definitely play in them too! One day…

We had Andrew’s sister, Jeni, take our family pictures a couple of weeks ago. She’s a great photographer!  It’s truly a miracle that James is even looking at the camera with a pleasant face in these pictures. He is the most difficult child to take pictures of (I only have one, so I don’t really know); but whenever we take family pictures, the other kids all at least sit still….James on the other hand wiggles and wiggles to get free and arches his back and screams until we are all sweating. It has never been pleasant. We end up having an awkward pose, with me trying to keep James in my arms (he’s heavy and strong) and shiny faces from the exhaustion of it all. So, I’m happy to say we now have some normal pictures of him. Here they are:
